There are a number of penalty fees that may be incurred in case of an ACH return.
| Unsuccessful ACH Processing Fee | $39 for each ACH payment failed due to insufficient balance, incorrect bank information, closed account, or any other reason. |
| ACH Return Fee | $69 for each ACH return after successfully processing ACH. |
| ACH Block Fee | $69 for each ACH return as result of blocking us to collect payment that is rightfully processed. |
| Late Payment | $35 or 2% of any past due payment in full amount, whichever is greater. |
To avoid any unexpected expenses, please ensure that
- Your connected bank information is correct
- Your account has sufficient funds before payments are due or before payments process
- Your automated payments are not blocked
- You do not initiate a return after the ACH is processed. Please note that ACH debits from BlueTape will appear on your bank statement with our partner's names CBW or Aion Financials, as well as the name of the business to whom you're making a payment
