An up-to-date look at the latest changes to the BlueTape application.

New feature added

BlueTape LBM sellers can now use Automated Trade Credit, with which their prequalified customers can be automatically given 30 days of trade credit without any additional steps from their customers. When the seller sends an invoice to a prequalified customer, BlueTape approves the invoice, and the customer will be automatically put in 30-day terms and be notified.

If you are a seller, simply contact your customer success manager if you wish to learn more about this new feature.

New feature added

BlueTape LBM sellers can now easily view their trade credit customers' statuses, including the health of the customer's trade credit (Good Standing, Past Due, Denied, etc), how much of their credit limit has been used (via a progress bar), and if there are any issues. These individual reports will enable sellers to see the status of each customer at a glance.

If you are a seller, simply log in to your account and click on the customer you wish to view. This will open a customer detail page, and you will simply scroll down to view the trade credit status.

BlueTape LBM sellers can now delete customers from their account. Sellers will click on their customer, which will open customer detail page, and then scroll down to BlueTape Credit and see the additional details there.
