Create a BlueTape Account

Get started by signing up for BlueTape and setting up your account.

The first step to getting started with BlueTape is creating an account. You will need to add some basic contact information and a few business details so we can verify you and set you up to start using BlueTape. 

 

Go to BlueTape.com, locate the Sign Up button, and click. You can also go directly to app.BlueTape.com/signup.

 

You have two alternatives to start creating your account: 1. with your phone number or 2. with your email. 

⚠️ Login information is unique to each user. After creating your company’s account, you will be able to add users, and each one will use their own email or phone number to log in.


1. Create an account with your phone number 

If you join using a phone number, a one-time passcode will be sent to you via SMS. Using this option gives you the freedom to avoid creating and remembering passwords. You can always log into your BlueTape account with the code sent to you.

⚠️ You will be asked to add and confirm your email once, before submitting the partnership application form. You will use your phone number to log in every time.

 

To sign up with your phone, make sure the Use phone tab is selected. Add your phone number, select the check-box if you're interested in receiving our communications, and click on the Agree & Continue button. 

 

You will automatically receive a text message to your phone number with a 6-digit code. A new page will load automatically. Type that code into the boxes and click on the Sign Up button. 

 

2. Create an account with your email

You can also use your email and create a password. With this option, you will need to use your email and password for every login.

 

To sign up with your email, select the Use email tab. Add your phone number, select the check-box if you're interested in receiving our communications, and click on the Agree & Continue button. 

Create a safe password and click on the Sign Up button. Never share your password.

 

Fill in some basic contact information and click on the Continue button.

 

Select the business category that best describes your business. This will allow us to offer you solutions tailored to your business. 

If your business category doesn't exist on the list, please choose Other and enter your business type in the box under What type of business are you?

Based on your answers, you will have options available to you to prequalify, offer credit, make a payment, or a combination of these options. Please choose the option that applies to you.

Select what you would like to get started with. To partner with BlueTape, select the ‘Get paid and offer financing’ option.

 

Verify your email and submit the partnership application by clicking on the link sent to the email address you used during signup. If you need a new link, locate on your homepage the Please verify your e-mail box and locate where it says Click here to re-send the link.

✅ Tip: If you do not see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your Spam and Junk folders. Mark BlueTape as a safe sender so you won’t miss any other important emails from us.

Verification emails expire after 48 hours. If your verification email expired or you didn’t receive it, click on the "Home" tab on your BlueTape dashboard and send yourself another verification email. 

Once your email is verified, you can finish setting up your account in your BlueTape console.
