Manage Transactions

Transactions represent credits that have been issued or payments that have been made through BlueTape.

Keep track and manage all your transactions that take place through BlueTape. When an invoice is paid through BlueTape, a transaction will be created under the transactions tab. Each transaction will include information about its status, amount, customer, date, and associated invoice.

 

Locate the Transactions tab on the left menu under the Sales section. The transactions dashboard will load automatically and show all your transactions. Use the status and date filters at the top when needed. To find a specific transaction, you can use the search bar on the top. 

 

Transaction statuses

When a transaction is created, it will have a status that allows you to follow up on what has happened with the payment associated with each invoice. 

  • Success: The transaction was successful and processed.
  • Declined: The transaction was declined.
  • Scheduled: The transaction has been scheduled.
  • In Progress: The transaction is in progress.
  • Failed: The transaction has failed.
